Quaker Oats

So I was listening to NPR yesterday and there was a story about Quakers in Kenya (apparently that's where most of them are) and I was trying to remember what their offical name was because I remember liking it. So I looked it up on Wikipedia today (it's Religous Society of Friends) and found something much more interesting... or at least I think so. Below is a compilation of pictures of the Quaker's founder, George Fox, along with the label for Quaker Oats. As far as I can tell they are the same person.

So there you have it, the guy on the front of Quaker Oats boxes is the founder of the Quakers. Makes sense I suppose, but I thought it was cool.

Also, Nate wrote this... I feel like we need a better way to differentiate Nate posts and Miranda posts.

On differentiation, nate could host his own blog on a virtual machine server that is down half the time. Or people could just recognize the obvious tone difference...

On quaker oats, I think they look nothing alike except for vaguely same hair length and hat, which I think are common across most quakers from the period.

BAH HUMBUG!

Quakers are cool and I think they look like twins, but I was just checking your little baby watch at the top and I can't believe that you only have 10 days left!!!! I am not prepared, but I am sure that doesn't matter, because if you were anything like me, you want her out NOW!!! Anyway I understand if you don't call me for awhile. Good luck you guys!!!
