Azalea's blessing gown was knit by our wonderful friend Sirkku Bingham. She is an amazingly talented knitter and she knit this dress on what I can only imagine are tiny tiny needles. She designed it herself after asking me for just a few specifics. Somehow she read my mind and knew that I wanted a bonnet to go along with the dress even though I forgot to mention it when we were discussing the design. I love it. The dress is more beautiful that I imagined it would be. Thank you so much Sirkku.
If any of you need any knitting done, I would recommend commissioning Sirkku. Also, if you're ever in the Camano Island, WA area, you should stop by her new knitting shop!

I love it! She is so beautiful and I want to hold her. Are you coming to Idaho soon? I have something for you.
What a beautiful dress! I can't believe how big she's getting already. My goal is to send you Azalea's book before she turns one. Hold on to some month to month pictures so you can put them in the book when I finally get it done! Love ya!
Beautiful! I love it!
I LOVE that! It is so vintage-chic! Totally my style. Thanks for the comment on my blog, by the way! I love knowing who is reading and finding new blogs to read myself!
